For Medical reasons I had to reschedule twice, Valerie was very helpful and kind and helped figure out a time that was good for me . Have had wax I taught when to change the wax guards. Everyone that I came in contact with was more than happy to help me. The office staff all seem happy, an indication to me that they liked their jobs. I have reccomended them to se real people in my appointment. Feeling greatful for the hearing aides and such kind people.

Great experience at Penta Hearing in Wayne NJ. Excellent customer experience, first time at this office. I purchased a Starkey TV streamer. It's was way cheaper and half the distance as another Starkey dealer. They have cheaper prices, longer warranties!! And best of all later hours of operation!! You have my business!!

Having trouble with a hearing aid purchased at another Northland Group store in Florida. After due diligence with identifying the original purchase, the Audible Hearing Center in Wayne NJ sent my problematic left hearing aid off repair.

Visited this location today for a hearing test and ear impressions for new hearing protection. Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and informative. I will go back for my yearly tests here.
