Dr. Thea Holder, AuD, is deeply committed to the well being of her patients, driven by a genuine passion for helping them live their best lives by hearing and connecting with the world around them. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Langua ge Pathology and Audiology with a minor in Deaf Studies from Ithaca College, where she developed an interest in improving how people experience sound.

Driven by her commitment to providing patient centered care, Dr. Holder pursued a Doctor of Audiology degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and completed her fourth year residency in private practice. As a licensed audiologist and hearing aid dispenser in New York State, she maintains the highest standards of professionalism and expertise, ensuring that her patients receive nothing less than exceptional treatment.

Dr. Holder holds a deep appreciation for the personal bonds she forms with every patient. Devoting ample time to grasp their individual concerns and obstacles, she acknowledges that achieving optimal hearing health is not only about fitting hearing aids; i t revolves around enriching their entire quality of life. Her mission is rooted in empowering patients to reestablish connections with the world. By granting access to cutting edge technological advancements and delivering compassionate support and guidance, she ensures that they navigate their distinctive hearing journey with confidence and ease.

Keri L. Ruf MA, HIS, completed her master’s degree from New York University and was the previous owner of Loud and Clear Hearing Center. Keri’s passion for over 15 years has been to improve the quality of life for persons with hearing and speech impairments. She entered the hearing field after helping cancer patients learn how to talk after losing their voice boxes to cancer. After learning that certain chemo and radiation treatments can cause hearing loss, Keri wanted to provide full service and education to her patients. She has fit hundreds of hearing aids over the past 15 years and understands the concerns of patients and there families with hearing loss.

Keri is able to provide the most innovative hearing solutions and new bluetooth hearing accessories, as well as educate the family and patient to include listening strategies that help in all environments. Keri continues to be actively involved in the community by offering her services to local senior living facilities and providing informal seminars at a number of senior clubs and/or social events. Customer care and satisfaction are a priority for Keri.

Hi, my name is Valarie. I am a mother of four and also have two beautiful grandchildren, Adrianna and Oliver. Adrianna is 13 and Oliver will be 5 in October.
I began my career with Starkey on May 1, 2021 as a Patient Services Coordinator when my office was acquired by them. I am now currently working in our Wayne and Bloomfield, NJ office and truly enjoy my job and love assisting our patients with all their hearing needs.
When I’m not in the office, I love spending time in the gym, cooking, traveling and spending time with my family.
I look forward to a long career with Starkey and cannot wait to see what the future holds.
